“Blue´s Clues: Blue´s Big Musical” is a New Zealand/Australian exclusive release and one of the most rare standard PAL games.

It has a music-CD sized case with “Playstation” carved on the border and the Playstation hologram sticker on the front.

This game can be quite tricky to track down as a complete copy, but it will probably not cost you a fortune when you do.
